Inspired by the sunny winter mornings in Surry Hills, the trendiest neighborhood in Sydney, Surry Hills Coffee was born in Buenos Aires in the spring of 2019.
Since then, we’ve made specialty coffee and Australian brunch our calling card, offering a relaxing and minimalist atmosphere. Two years later, we expanded to Palma de Mallorca, where we also created HOTTO — our coffee lab in Palma. But we didn’t stop there. We also opened our first shop in Miami, with the goal of sharing our passion for coffee in a rapidly growing scene.
We love creating experiences and sharing moments. We are committed to local producers in order to achieve an honest kitchen, prioritizing fresh, organic and seasonal products.
All that experience pushed us to face new challenges. It is with great pride that we present our latest and most innovative project. A place for the specialty coffee community in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea. HOTTO Coffee Lab x Surry Hills.

Surry Hills Coffee nació en Buenos Aires en la primavera de 2019. Inspirados en las calles de Surry Hills, el barrio más trendy de Sidney, buscamos llevar el café de especialidad y el brunch australiano a la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Ofrecemos una atmósfera relajante y minimalista, perfecta para escaparse de la rutina.
Servimos buen café, comida fresca y tomamos la experiencia del cliente como bandera. Compartir las mañanas soleadas de Sydney con un flat white y un clásico bacon & egg roll fue sin dudas una de las grandes motivaciones para replicar esa tarea en Buenos Aires y otras ciudades del mundo.

We offer a relaxing and minimalist space where to give the perfect atmosphere to break free from your routine.
We serve good coffee, fresh food and take the customer experience as flagship. Sharing Sydney’s sunny mornings with a flat white and a classic bacon & egg roll was undoubtedly one of the main inspirations behind recreating that vibe in Buenos Aires — and eventually in other cities around the world.
